1. Purchase & Activation

Gift cards are available for purchase at any Food World Supermarket checkout counter.

Gift cards can be loaded with any amount between $25 and $500.

Payment can be made by cash, debit, or credit card.

Gift cards are active immediately after purchase and can be used right away.
2. How to Use

Present your gift card at checkout when paying for your purchase.

You can use the gift card for any item in the store, including groceries, bakery, meat, seafood, deli, and more.

If your purchase total is less than the gift card balance, the remaining balance stays on the card for future use.

If your purchase total exceeds the gift card balance, you can pay the difference with another payment method.
3. Balance Check

You can check your gift card balance:

At any checkout counter (ask the cashier)

Online through our website.

4. Returns & Refunds

Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

If you return an item purchased with a gift card, the refund will be issued back to the original gift card.

If you no longer have the physical gift card, we may issue a store credit instead.
5. Lost or Stolen Cards

Food World Supermarket is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards.

Please treat your gift card like cash. We cannot replace a gift card without proof of purchase.

If you have your original receipt, we may be able to assist in replacing the card (subject to verification).
6. Expiry

Gift cards do not expire. The balance never decreases over time.

There are no maintenance fees or inactivity fees.
7. Restrictions

Gift cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards, lottery tickets, or alcohol (where prohibited by law).

Gift cards are for in-store use only (unless online purchasing is available, in which case they may be used online).

Gift cards have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
